Do Nothing Machine

Also known as a "Smoke Grinder," it's name says it all.  It doesn't fly, make noise or climb.  In machine kinetics it is known as an elliptical trammel.  As the handle is turned around, the two little shuttles continue to cross each other back and forth without ever hitting.
